The Lost MC, Napalm City Chapter was proudly founded by Blake "Shep" Asher and Ryan "Sparky" Carroll, two dedicated members who began their journey within the brotherhood in their home chapter of B★. There, Blake served honorably as Vice President, while Ryan held the position of Secretary. With a shared vision for something greater, the two made the difficult decision to chart their own course.
On Sunday, November 5th, 2023, Blake and Ryan respectfully departed from their original chapter with the blessing and full honors of President Dimitri "The Bear" Volkov.
Just six days later, on November 11th, 2023, Blake assumed the role of President and Ryan became Vice President of their newly formed chapter, establishing themselves in the city of RealityEscape. The chapter thrived in its early days, growing in strength, loyalty, and brotherhood. Unfortunately, unforeseen political turbulence led to the shutdown of the city. As a result, on April 16th, 2024, the chapter was forced to make the difficult decision to leave RealityEscape behind.
Refusing to let adversity stop them, the chapter spent several months searching for a new home. Their road eventually led them to Kinetic, where they arrived on October 14th, 2024. The brotherhood flourished there, expanding to 19 strong. But despite their growth and dedication to the values of The Lost MC, the chapter found itself under increasing and unwarranted scrutiny from both citizens and the government. After weeks of enduring unjust treatment and pressure, the brothers once again made the hard call to ride on and seek a new road.
On March 21st, 2025, the club arrived to Uncensored which became its next home. There, the club continued to stand strong, weathering every storm that came its way. Each challenge only hardened the resolve of the brothers who rode under the patch.
However, the greatest challenge the chapter would face soon followed.
A government-backed gang war was declared against The Lost MC, placing the brotherhood directly in harm’s way. The conflict quickly escalated, and it became clear that those targeting the club possessed unfair advantages that put the lives of its members at serious risk. Faced with the possibility of losing brothers to a fight that could not be fairly won, President Blake Asher made the difficult but honorable decision to disband the chapter in order to protect her members.
Around this same time, Vice President Ryan Carroll stepped into an early retirement due to unrelated personal reasons. With the chapter disbanded and her member's safety secured, Blake herself chose to step away from the life as well. Before doing so, she ensured that every former member was safe and had a path forward.
In time, Blake entrusted the future of the brotherhood to her son, Jimmy "Slim" Asher, passing the responsibility of leadership to him so that the spirit of The Lost MC could live on in a new city, Napalm City.
Jimmy stepped up and ascended to the role of President, determined to carry on the legacy that had been built before him. However, after several months of leading the club, complications arose that made it increasingly difficult for Jimmy to maintain his duties as President. Understanding the weight of the patch and the responsibility that came with it, Jimmy made the honorable decision to step down.
In that moment, Joey “Stone” Vercetti stood up for the brotherhood.
For weeks, Joey carried the responsibility of maintaining the club, protecting its legacy, and ensuring the bonds of brotherhood remained intact. He held the line and kept the spirit of The Lost MC alive during a time when it could have easily faded away.
Eventually, Blake Asher, Ryan Carroll, and Joey Vercetti sat down together for a conversation about the future of the club. After reflecting on everything the brotherhood had endured, both Blake and Ryan made the decision to come out of retirement.
With renewed purpose and loyalty to the patch they had built, Blake Asher returned to her position as President, and Ryan Carroll reclaimed his role as Vice President.
With their return, The Lost MC was reignited.
Now reborn in Napalm City, the chapter begins its newest era. The road has been long, filled with trials, losses, and hard decisions, but through every storm the brotherhood has endured.
Through every city and every mile of road traveled, the Napalm City Chapter has remained exactly what it was meant to be.
Unbroken. Unphased. United.
And in Napalm City, the story continues.
